Hmmm, not sure what happened there Mel. Me & The Brave and NOXEN merged in April and we launched our Five Percent Brands website in June. Five Percent goes back to mental health. The main thing is you love your hat! Thanks :)

“I was recently involved in an return/exchange where I had to obviously send the item back and then wait for it to eventually be received by the company who then had the correct size sent back out to me overnight and it was a perfect fit. The communication was prompt which I absolutely appreciate as I was concerned I would have to wait at least 24hrs for a reply but thankfully that was not the case for me. Ngā mihi, Danica”

“Honestly the best service! My package took a bit longer to arrive, which I didn’t mind at all but the company actually emailed me to advise me it was running late and included a wee something extra as an apology which was so so nice. Thanks again team :)”
