“Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem was that he was not prepared to remove the hub and bearings. Seems like they should have researched the procedure before making the appointment. Had to reschedule. Will leave another review when the service is actually performed.”

“The process to set up a free estimate was easy in the website. I received a text and was able to share what was happening and photos with Nubrakes via text that led to our appointment. The technician was able to come out early and did a great job in conducting the repairs, being prepared and closing out the ticket on the spot. So convenient. Very professional. No gotchas or up-sells! Just informed decision and solutions!”
