“This is the 3rd time I have used Nu Brakes and Wddie was awesome! He assessed my issue and figured out it was due to a failure on the rear brakes that he replaced and got the job under warranty! So thankful of his honesty and taking care of me.”

“I would give them 0 stars and here is why: -had an appointment for 2 weeks…they never showed up or called! -I was the one calling them 1/2 hour and 1 hour after the latest time “in the window”. -All they could say was, “We are sorry for the inconvenience” -would NEVER, EVER recommend this company!!!”

“NuBrakes technician saw my brake pads were still good, he recommended not to replace them. He also checked the brake fluid. He charged the trip fee of $79 which would be credited to the next service. This is the second time I used NuBrake and happy with their service.”

“Quote process was simple and received texts throughout the process. Appointment set up was convenient and reasonable window provided. My technician Edgar came during the window, inspected the car, explained everything to me and advised what additional was needed beyond the quote. Once agreed, service was quick and car was test drove to ensure all was ok. Edgar also pointed out some additional things that we could do on our own to keep the car running smoothly. Appreciate being able to have this service performed at my home and the service from the technician. Thanks!”
