“Rudy came out to assess my brakes for warranty repair and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about submitting my claim for new parts. Although it was only a diagnostics appointment, I will submit an updated review once work has been completed. Thank you!”

“Very happy with NuBrakes and I highly recommend you biok with them. The dealership quoted nearly double the price I paid with NuBrakes for front rotors and brakes. Kayne was my service tech today and he was excellent. Punctual, knowledgeable, and completed the replacements quickly.”

“I have utilized mobile mechanics prior, but NuBrakes stands out in the field for sure! From my initial contact to answering my questions, getting service scheduled, and having it all completed in four hours time was quick, professional, and friendly… surprisingly, I was able to have the service done on the same day, which was a huge help! Adding a few companion services was a nice touch as well… Simply put, they are my new, go-to mechanics when needed… Keep up the awesome work!”

“Peter W Mechanic was great. Products were high quality parts. Problem is they didn't honor the price I was quoted. I was offered a black Friday 15% discount on the price I was quoted the previous day. I even replied back to verify the price and they confirmed it. Upon arrival I was told their people made a mistake. I needed the car so I had no choice. They pride themselves on upfront pricing but they wouldn't honor their quote. That was my review I left on their site when asked. I rated them a 1 because of not honoring their quote. When I went to their site to see my review it was as I had written but instead of 1 star it was changed to 5 stars. No wonder they show a perfect score of 5 when they change what you write. It's unfortunate since they did good work and offer a service people would use. I've contacted them but no one responds. I won't use them again and advise others to look else where for service.”

“I was in Katy visiting family and my breaks started grinding. So I reached out to NuBrakes to replace brakes and rotors. They made appointment for next morning at 9:30 am. Danny showed up on time and he is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. He went through my brakes effortlessly on his part due to all of his knowledge and experience. He explained every step to me as he went and I was charged as expected per the on line quote. It was a great experience and they came to me so I didn’t have to wait at a shop. I have raised 4 children and always owned my own business so I know a thing or 2 about car-truck repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend this company and Danny is a pro. Very good quality work and I feel safe for the family after the work was completed. Matt Swift”

“Mechanic was great. Products were high quality parts. The use of painted rotors was something local shops didn't use and was one of the reasons I went with them. There was a discrepancy in the price but they quickly stood behind their quote and made things right. I would highly recommend them over the local shops and will use them in the future. Instead of sitting in a waiting room I sat in my living room. Can't beat that.”

“Paul did very good. I am so happy he took his time and did everything proper for my daughter vehicle it is highly important that her vehicle is as safe as possible she needs 100% safty and I feel he provided that for her. Also it turned out we ended up not needing one thing but did another. He actually had everything already just in case. What a relief it is to still get taken care of what needs to be taken care of. I am very pleased also with the way he handled my daughter she can be somewhat questionable to online stuff but Paul showed her grace and kindness. Thank you Paul, I appreciate your work and kindness to my daughter. This is daughter #2 for me that you have done work on their vehicles. One is in Houston and of course my oldest here in Plano,Tx. Please continue to be great it is such a great feeling I now have someone to call in when I need help to take care of my family in ways I just can’t anymore. Thank you , Just a regular customer 😉”
