“Carlton is officially my brake guy! He was on time, assessed my brakes and told me what I honestly needed. Turns out it wasn't what I thought (replacement) and saved me $$$. He took care of what needed to be done and now my car is as quiet as a mouse. During the process he noticed something that did need to be replaced and alerted me of it. So with his honesty, expertise and professionalism I will definitely call NuBrakes when I need my brakes replaced and highly recommend them to any and everyone. With the money I saved, I can get the replacement that is required for my car. THANK YOU CARLTON! And thank you for your service.”

“Both the service rep & mechanic were helpful & upfront, honest. I ended up not needing new brakes yet and there was no pressure to get something I didn’t need yet. I do wish the diagnostic fee was less though.”

“i have to admit i was a bit nervous, this was a new experience for me but with all the changes to the way business is done today i thought i would step out and give this a try. I had seen a tremendous number of reviews overwhelmingly positive. Well here is another positive review. Pablo my technician was great, showed me everything and was a pleasure. He had let me know when he was on the way and everything went like clockwork. ABSOLUTELY will not be getting brakes done in a shop again.”

“The best experience I have ever had as far as repairs. Great price, quick appointment, so professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. I had questions about different break pads and he answered them well. So friendly and professional. Highly recommend them and will tell all my friends about them.”

“I messaged NuBrakes at 9pm and they had a mechanic at my apartment at 1 the next day! Super easy all i did was tell them what car was mine and then paid at the end. Lee was super quick and knowledgeable! I will use NuBrakes again when needed.”
