“I contacted Nubrakes for front brake motors and brake pads replacement. It was a good experience. The technician was knowledgeable and had good tips. He also ran a test drive to ensure everything is working. I would rate the technician 5/5 However I would need to give a bad grade for the parts quality. They quoted me platinum grade parts but they started rusting within a week. Checking back after a month, the brake rotors looked rusty like they were extremely old. I believe the part costs don’t align with the quality”

“Michael & Thomas came to check out my vehicle 🛻. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and Thomas is learning from him and has a helpful attitude as well! Michael and Thomas were extremely honest about my not needing any work done ✔️ at this point in time! How many other shops or technicians would be willing to take the time to thoroughly check out everything and then say no work needed instead of just going ahead and making a sale for unnecessary work? Not many I know of!! Truly awesome assets to the Company and earning my business when I need work!! Thank you so very much men!!”

“Had pads and rotors replaced on 12/28/23 on GMC Sierra front wheels. On 1/9/24 caliper on left front wheel came loose at freeway speeds. A thumping noise was heard. Pulled off freeway and looked at wheel and saw inside of rim scored and calipers loose. Towed to a brake tire shop. Top bolt totally missing and bottom bolt very loose. Tech didn't finish securing the caliper bolts. This could have resulted in loss of control. I will never use them again. Their convenience doesn't outweigh safety. To their credit Nubrakes did pay for everything as they should have. But the breach of confidence supersedes everything else. Never again!!!!”

“Brian was very prompt and made sure he looked at everything and let me know what he need to do to make everything work properly. He was very pleasant and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Brian did a fabulous job.. Thank you nubraks and thank you Brian. It was so nice to have you go to my sons place of work and had it completed in only a couple hours. I would highly recommend NuBrakes to everyone. So convenient.”
