“The one thing I like the most about this company, is that they are honest. They won’t try to sell you something you don’t need, and they quoted me HALF of what Caliber Auto wanted me to pay to change my brakes and rotors. Super fast, honest, and affordable. “This is my second time using NuBrakes and I was just as pleased as the first time they serviced my car. I had my brakes done a few months ago but I put a lot of hard miles on my car. It had started shaking when I braked at high speeds. NuBrakes came out right away and replaced the rotors under warranty. Michael was friendly and quick and my car brakes like a dream. Thanks guys!”

“The customer service was top notch and my Technician was super prompt and they even accommodated coming out to my home in Fort Worth even though my original appointment was in Plano and I had to change it. My technician was right on time and had great communication. he took the time to make sure I was comfortable with is diagnostic service and I didn’t feel taken advantage of being a women . This is my first luxury car and he did a great job giving me confidence that I had nothing to worry about. Since I didn’t need the service I thought I did I only had to pay a service fee and that can be added to any future service! Super satisfied thank you.”
