“I knew both my brake pads and rotors needed replacement. I requested for a quote and they got back to me in a matter of minutes. Amber was so polite and helpful. She gave me the quote and told me it’s a flat price, everything included. Trust me this is the best price I got after enquiring with a bunch of shops. I scheduled my appointment the next day and surprisingly the mechanic called me next day and told me he is ahead of his schedule. He told me he can wait but also gave me an option for early visit. Lee was very professional and he got the work done in like 30 min(for both front and rear). He waited until I drove around and made sure I was satisfied with the service. NuBrakes service was a perfect bang for the buck. Loved it and will do it again !!”

“I heard about NuBrakes on KLBJ and decided to give them a try, especially since the dealership wanted to charge me $1,000+ dollars. Nubrakes was a great experience and Michael, the technician, knew his business and finished promptly and it was substantially lower than the dealership quote. Great customer service and I opted to text rather than talk on the phone and that worked out rather well.”

“Came out on time as scheduled. Did not try to upsell, in fact could not find any issues with my brakes. We decided to replace the front pads as a precaution because I was hearing noise from the brake. Knowledgeable tech and great customer service. Respectful of my home and and driveway area.”
