“What can I say about NuBrakes?! The absolute best automotive experience I’ve ever had! They did EXACTLY what they said they would do, no B. S. or up selling! “Had an appt scheduled to replace rotors and pads. Next day told me that the ones they usually get aren’t in stock for the appt the next day so informed me there would be a price increase if I wanted to keep appt. Not sure how many places they looked at. I agreed as I needed to get the repair done. I did ask since I was getting different parts than agreed upon if they could change the appt but they said no. Let it be know that they texted me this in the morning, the day before the appt. Later that evening I get a text that one of the rotors wouldn’t be available until 4 the next day, when my appt was schedule between 830-1030. Why wait all day to tell me that. Communication is iffy and they seem to do what they want regardless if it’s in the best interest of the customer. Stay away and I wouldn’t recommend. Coming to your home or workplace is great, but I’ll take to a shop that keeps its appts and makes sure they have the parts ready to fix your vehicle”

“I had a great experience with Mr Carl. He was professional and knowledgeable. The only kickback is the waiting window 8:30-1:30. You have to be at home those hours to make sure we don't miss you but overall the service was great.”
