“I contacted NuBrakes on a Thursday evening for an emergency repair, because my front brakes had started to grind rather loudly and I've got to drive for two hours with my husband and best friend to my mother's funeral on Saturday. I was not gambling on our safety. They were able to schedule me for a Friday afternoon repair and sent me a quote, which was more than reasonable and exactly what I expected to pay after Brendan came to the house and replaced the pads and rotors in less than half an hour. I will be recommending this company to anyone who will listen, because this felt both more convenient and less expensive than taking my car into the shop for service. Plus the customer service is top notch. Thank you!!”
