“Organizing the number plates, they where brilliant. They arrived quick and where great quality and put together really well but the after sales has been poor. The fixing pack arrived with parts missing and i am not getting anywhere fast trying to get this resolved. This stupid little minor detail that you could have resolved in minutes is dragging on sometime and has me given you a one star. You emailed me back after recieving my follow up second email saying the orders been fulfilled... clearly no ones read my original email. Frustrating.”

“Excellent quality plates but below standard service. I completed all criteria for my order before the same day cut-off and paid for 1st class postage. The plates arrived almost a week later with 2nd class postage. I tried to contact the company but I am still waiting for a response, 3 weeks later. Thankfully the plates themselves (3D carbon gel) were great quality. Would use them again but won't expect them next day or pay for first class postage.”

“I found these number plates to be well made as opposed to some of the previous plates I have purchased elsewhere which came with manufacturing marks etc - I would certainly recommend Number Plates Direct.”
