“I have had two orders so far, my first was a disaster as at least 60% of the slabs I received was cut out of square. When I reported this I was told that because I reported this outside of the 14 days complaint period there was nothing they could do. As you can imagine I was very disappointed with this given the large volume of slabs I had ordered (86 sq meters) I don’t know how you are expected to check this number of slabs let alone where to put them when checking individual slabs for squareness is a bit of a ridiculous policy when the website quotes the accuracy of their products. The second order I received (18sq meters) I found only 10 % out of square. I think I would think twice should I order from this company again as I don’t believe the customer service is good enough for the products that are being advertised in this way.”

It's very rare that we have anybody come back to us with something like this, however, we do have a simple claims procedure for anything that you find in your delivery which you believe to be an issue. We just require some images and details of the problem within 7 days of accepting your delivery and we are always happy to refund or replace any slabs which are affected! “Although I did not get the original slabs wanted for the area Nustone were really good at offering me an alternative or a date when the product would be available.We,however went for slate.The ordering was easy and the slate was delivered when expected.The quality of the slate slabs are exceptional and can't wait for them to be laid.”

“DO NOT buy from Nustone. Bought paving slabs which cost over £2200 of my hard earned money. Over 15% of my paving slabs were cracked or had halrline cracks. I contacted Nustone, they refused to give me a replacement for the cracked paving slabs, as I didn't check the slabs when delivered and contact Nustone immediately. I will definitely won’t be recommending Nustone to my friends or purchasing any further orders. Poor customer service, rip off company.”

Hi Rav, We're sorry to hear that you've had a few breakages in transit. We have a simple claims procedure for this. Customers are asked to sign for the goods as 'Unchecked On Delivery', which opens up a 7 day period in which to report anything to us. We are always happy to issue replacements or refunds when this is followed. In the event that our claims procedure is not followed, it becomes very difficult for us to verify at which point these damages may have occurred.
