My original NutriMill Classic that is over 8 years old is still working perfectly. Thank you for such well made products!”

“Product came well packaged and customer service is 2nd to none. When openong the package on the Nutrimill Classic, I noticed that the key was not in place and was loose in the box. After reading the instruction manual and going on line to find what purpose the key serves and when and how should I insert it in the unit, I could find any definitive information about this key. I did mention this to customer service and she said that she would forward that info to there marketing dept. After running the Classic for the first time with a couple cups of white rice to clean the machine, I noticed that some of the flour escape from the machine and left a small dusting on the counter around the Classic. I'm not sure if this is normal, but it looks like I will have to do a small cleaning around the machine after each use. Kind of a pain.”
