“I was leary of buying a bottom driven mixer, but decided to take a chance. I am so happy I did! Having a closed bowl is a huge plus for me. Stand mixers throw bits of my tallow lotion all over the place, but not a single bit left the bowl while mixing, so I saved at least an hour of extra cleaning and won't have my clothing ruined anymore. The twin head wisks with the bowl scaper turned a 2 hour whipping job into a 1 hour job, simply because I didn't have to stop and scrape all the time. Needless to say, I love my new mixer!”
