I ordered the subscription box and the first box came fine but the second one never appeared. Contacted NUUD aboit it to see if i could get an update about it and never heard anything back. It's been a year, clearing out my inbox and came across the email again. Pretty poor customer service, would not trust them to get back to me if I had an issue again
