“Placed an order for a few bits, it came in a timely manner, well packaged and a couple of (tiny) free samples to boot. Best prices for the items I wanted and tried a couple of extra "natural" products while I was at it. Would use again for certain. Went for 5-8 day delivery option and it arrived in 7 (5 working days).”

“I always keep a check on your website for offers on Clarins products and the recent offer on double serum was too good to miss. Great price even taking into account postage and it was delivered really quickly. A truly win win thanks NVS.”

“Excellent service, they acknowledged my email after I advised I was experiencing issues with Royal Mail who were saying they had attempted delivery when they hadn't and then didn't deliver on the rearranged delivery date. I find it difficult to sometimes buy the La Roche Posay item I was after(numerous allergies), it was in stock with NVS and at a reasonable price too. Will shop here again.”
