“Found this website in pre-pandemic days, and through thick and thin, they have stocked a fantastic range of premium-priced products. The online info is brilliant, and I have discovered lots of new products I now love. Ordering and delivery are good, and there's always a nice surprise in the box! I love that! Staff have rung with any problems, which impresses me too. In brief, these retailers care about their quality service.”

“Up until recently the service has been good but the last two orders have been terrible. One they forgot to tell me the product was out of stock and kept the payment till the stock came in 4 weeks later. Second order it too over two weeks for them to send, it was meant to be dispatched in 3-5 days not 14! Really bad service and didn’t receive any apology.”
