Product wasn't closed properly hence spilled in the box. Delivery was longer than estimated.

I still have not received my delivery It keeps being missed and regardless I rescheduled it for last Saturday assuring I was home, nothing arrived. Yet, I was informed it would be deliverd on Monday which was again missed and it seems to be a never-ending story, sadly! NVS has to improve delivery service!

I made an order that was incorrect. Upon receipt I immediately contacted customer services they didn't even bother to reply.

Same experience as others on here. Ordered in November for Christmas, still not arrived and they do not respond. People cannot afford to buy the same thing twice!

Very dissapointing service! My order was not acknowledged or fullfilled and a week later I am still waiting for a reply to my email and phone call. You have taken my payment and I now want a refund. If you don't have the product in stock you should not advertise it as being available. You should not take payment and you should reply to customers promptly and not just leave them ' in limbo'. Will not use you again.

Ordered a perfume at a very good price during black Friday weekend. Got no dispatch email, I chased 3 times over a week, finally got a call back telling me they were waiting for a delivery and were behind due to black Friday. Why they went so cheap without the stock I don't know. Another few calls chasing they finally admit to still not having it and blaming suppliers, all this time still advertising this product, shockingly bad advertising, stock control and organisation. Never again

I still haven't received my order. It may not be your fault as it could be due to the postal strikes but I'm not happy. It's taking too long!

Scammers, they take your money without delivering the products and come up with silly reasons, after 9 days and chasing for updates with no response, they finally responded that they are not able to fulfil the order because I ordered it to be delivered to my office instead of home therfore they assume they are not for personal use, I ordered 3 clarins tonic lotion what I am suppose to use them if not for personal use? Jokers! Don't waste your time and money!

Dear Sir/Madam We appreciate the review you have put but we were looking into your order. Our system flags up orders where the billing address is a business address as yours was. We do not stop deliveries to business addresses as we understand customers are at work and prefer this delivery method. We were also notified that in the last couple of months you placed several Clarins orders. Also, as per our contract with Clarins, we are not able to send this many out therefore we had to cancel the order and it has been fully refunded. We are very sorry and going forward we will make this clearer as soon as we receive the order, for this order, we did not want to disappoint therefore investigated it first before coming back to you Thank you again and we how this clears up the situation.
