I ordered slippers. My order was confirmed with an order number. When I wanted to check my order status on the NZSales website a few days later, I found the message "You do not currently have any order" under the " My Orders" section. I have not yet received a response to my email request from 05.12.2024. My payment was debited. What can I do????
