O2 I tried this it didn't work. Made appointment with o2guru at strand 2day but its just been cancelled. Worse customer service ever!

@O2 I had a very uncomfortable conversation with a customer service representative when I questioned my nearly doubled first bill!

i'm glad @O2 chose to use the most reliable courier...oh wait...they didn't...considering cancelling my contract already

Even if I have to wait in a phone queue for O2 mobile/broad band, as soon as I get through, they always fix the issue straight away and they're always helpful.
