Please beware avoid o2 charge what they want! Read all the small print in depth. Student son took contract out with O2 as we have always used them. Always rated o2 as one of the best. Didn't read in contract in depth now bill has gone up £14.00 due to RPI. He doesn't earn this per hour working as a student. Disgraceful from O2. Not even a fantastic phone or allowances. These charges can keep going up.and there's nothing we can do about it! People are going to get into debt because of this company. If we all stop using the network they will get the message. Absolute joke of a company. Customer service is awful they can't get anything right and they are not interested in you as a customer. AVOID O2! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!

The price (apart from the recent increase) is fair. The phone service is good. Sales are terrible. The lady putting me through for a second sim held on for 10 minutes then said that she would call me back. I tried again at the weekend but no answer after 20 minutes . Finally I got through to somebody on the Monday, his system was down so he was calling me back. He never did. We went elsewhere for a second sim..

O2 are dreadful. They will change your bill whenever they like and there is nothing you can do about it. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH O2

I visited the store in Wakefield this morning after having a problem with my iPhone. The gentleman Sam was brilliant. He sorted the problem straight away even replaced my screen protector as it has broken. He was very polite, and friendly. I will definitely be using this store again. Well done Sam it was a pleasure to have been served by you. Thank you

The worst customer service from all network and I have had Vodafone and ee. This has to be the worst. They are rude and hang up on them.if you call them out for wasting your time. Then hide names and don't let you talk to managers when you want to complain. I will make sure nobody in my house hold ever gets 02 and anything they are connected to. I wouldn't recommend anybody get this network I would rather pay up to £10 more pm elsewhere.

Absolutely EVIL, DESPICABLE company which has cost me a lotnof anxiety and stress. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel with them and when I left the country the continue to charge and charge and I can't even COMMUNICATE with them because the app doesn't work. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS THE EPITOME OF RUDE, FLIPPANT, USELESS SERVICE.

It’s not surprising that O2 have a 1.5 rating out of 5, based on customer experiences. The message is: Buyer beware! Their customer service in my opinion is totally shambolic when it comes to switching contracts...from Business to Personal (x2). It all began five months ago and is still ongoing... Yesterday, another demand letter arrived to pay off my original Business Account amount, which was closed on the 6 January 2023. An outstanding payment was made early ‘23 to settle the ‘Business’ account and as far as I am concerned was the ‘final’ payment. But, because of their latest aggressive, threatening letter and a subsequent ‘phone call to two Customer Service Agents I, again, decided to pay this off, on the understanding that this would be the ‘genuine final payment’, and this fact was confirmed by the Agent, whose name is now on my records...just in case! (Thinks! I still have my doubts...) For the reader’s information, over a period of five months, I have visited my nearest O2 shop on several occasions to resolve with little effect, made several ‘phone calls to a regional O2 hub, and many lengthy ‘phone calls (including long waiting times!) to achieve contact communication with a Service Agent via tel. No. 0800 977 7337. Incidentally, many of the excuses for their poor service was blamed on O2’s Computer systems and software, including upgrading! So, hopefully, no more demand letters, or bad customer service...and, from a personal point of view, no more time consuming visits, ‘phone calls and further stress! Watch this space...

Over priced and under staffed. Unless you are trying to give them money you will not be able to speak with an employee. Service is bad. Prices are far too high. Worst network I have ever been on.

Worst network I've ever used. 4g data rubbish, signal poor,used the sim in different phones, all the same outcome. Terminated contract early, as they also increased my bill. Gone to ID mobile. Had 5g in loads of places, and I'm in Cornwall.

They are liars and thieves, they told me I would not be charged if I leave them which was a lie. Then they are telling me for months that they will refund my money. Is a total lie. Every week is the same.

Contacted O2 as my bill has just increases by 12 pounds per month. This is less than 60 days after taking out the contract. If you can avoid O2 at all costs they have become one of the worst providers. It's shameful

I would like to say a huge thank you to Jade who works at the O2 store in Bromley. She was attentive, kind and listened to my query regarding a problem I was having with my phone. She was able to resolve the issue in less than 3 minutes of me telling her the problem which another member of staff at the lewisham O2 branch was unable to help with. Her customer service was quick, efficient and above all else effective as the problem with my phone has now been fully resolved. Thanks again Jade, keep doing what you are doing with a smile.

The customer service was awful, I couldn't understand what the person was saying, he had a very strong accent. He was unable to help with my problem to get a PUK code for my phone. He took ages to do it but it still wouldn't work, I gave up and will go into the shop when I get home, as I'm on holiday at the moment.

A SCAMMER, A FRAUD COMPANY As my bill was going up 50%!!!!, I called them if I can cancel my contract without paying any early disconnection penalty on 31st March 2023 around 16:30. The guy clearly confirmed that I can cancel the contract without paying early disconnection charge. Now I got a HUGE bill including the early disconnection charge!!! If this is not a scam or fraud, what is it? Why this kind of behaviours are allowed in the UK? This is illegal and this is a fraud. The company should not be allowed to do any business if they conduct this kind of illegal activity. Their customer service are awful. They can't speak English properly and calling their customer service wouldn't go anywhere. Needless to say, their date connection are simply dreadful. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It’s been two hours on the phone now and no one picked up the phone yet.. I’m texting this while waiting to get through insurance team.. cos I dropped my phone, it’s a very first time I’m trying to claim from o2 … and I’m already made My mind of changed provider ! Tried for last two days to get In touch.. I used to have Know How insurance and everything is done in 10 minutes
