Initially pleasing, everything changed when they got their hands on my money. They lied to and encouraged me to invest more so that my profits would increase. After that, they stopped answering my emails and messages. Another victim of theirs discovered T O N E L I M I T E D., where she received help and received her money back in a short amount of time.

I have been with O2 for years. Apart from being overcharged few years ago Im happy with the service & offers 02 provide. Connection is quite good, staff are mostly helpful. I would also like to mention Nathanial working in Lewisham O2 branch for his outstanding customer service. My old phone broke down and I didnt get any connection. It was old so I decided to buy new phone. Nathanial was very helpful and informative, took his time and made an effort to explain me the options I have, specifics of the phones I was considering. He also helped to me to log into my google account as I couldnt access it from my old phone. Was very friendly, polite and professional. I am very happy with the service I received and my new phone :)

Thank you thank you thank you to both Ayesha and Chegan. I'm SO grateful for their help. This would be 5 star review but unfortunately I had to call twice and wait on hold for a long time to resolve my issue, but other than that the service was fantastic. I had a nightmare with phone charges from Qatar Airways, no fault of O2 at all, but the advisors were friendly, kind, compassionate and happy to help me. I'm so glad and relieved that good customer service still exists. Can't say how thankful I am.

I bought a new phone today and the internet wouldnt work I rang up and I was told it would be up in 24 hours, what a relief!

Went to buy my first ever contract phone, provided me with great service very informative and help me chose a phone that was right for me definently know what their talking about would recomend to anyone Amazing!!!!

I would recommend switching to O2 I've have perfect signal and fast 3G. Good customer support too.
