“The sales staff at Norwich were first class, both knowledgeable and helpful - as well as knowing when to leave us to stroll round and make up our own minds. The cup of tea was both unexpected and unexpectedly good. The sofa was delivered well before the time they predicted, which happened to suit us well, and the bed was as straightforward to put together as they said it would be. We had paid extra because we wanted the bed as soon as possible (before the predicted time for the sofa), and when both items became available early, we were able to get a refund on the delivery charge with no trouble. The furniture itself is excellent and has been widely admired.”

“I am very pleased with the overall level of service that I received whilst dealing with the company. Delivery service exceptional good and on time. Very satisfied customer, products are stunning too. I brought a TV table, French rustic. very beautiful, I also decided to purchase the french farmhouse rustic six seater dinning set - stunning... you will need to leave for about 30 hrs before applying the polish.... all in all very pleased.....”

“Very efficient. I couldn't make the original delivery date and the company were very quick to contact me and make an alternative date. The items were delivered when said by two very courteous chaps. The table itself was as described and very good quality. Overall it was a very pleasant stress free purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Furniture is superb. Delivery was a lot quicker than what we thought it would be. The delivery drivers were great moved the heavy furniture upstairs with no fuss and no scuffing of wallpaper. All round very pleased with everything”

“We had a very good experience with Oak Furniture Land from the moment we went into the store to the day we had our furniture delivered. There were no pushy sales people but plenty around to help if needed . The sales person we had was very helpful and even when we changed our minds the next day about an item and added another item on they made us feel that it was no problem even though the sale had gone through and we had paid. They just got in touch with the warehouse and asked them to change our order. We were kept informed as to when delivery would be made and it was on time. The furniture is perfect , exactly as they advertise, solid oak. We would be happy to buy from Oak Furniture land again.”
