“I just wanted to say a BIG THANK-YOU to your Sales Team at Cheltenhamwhere I ordered 4 cream Dining Chairs last Tuesday. The Staff at theBranch were very helpful and pleasant, the delivery team contacted mewith a delivery date within 24 hours. The chairs arrived this morningwith again such a pleasant and very nice delivery personnel. We are extremely pleased with the dresser, havinghad some concerns regarding purchasing such a large item "unseen".However, it surpassed our expectations, both in terms of guality ofworkmanship and design and already graces our new kitchen. JB Deliverywere efficient and kept us very well informed on delivery times - youcould pass your service level agreement on to some other deliverycompanies!!
