“We wish to let you know how pleased we are with all aspects of theproducts we ordered (two bookcases) and the overall level of serviceprovided by your company. The bookcases themselves are of excellentquality and perfect for our needs. We were particularly impressed withall aspects of your service from ordering to final delivery. Your staffon the telephone were very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty ofnotice prior to delivery. The delivery itself cannot be faulted andagain the delivery staff were excellent arriving exactly on schedule andbeing very friendly and curteous. Thanks again”

It's always a bit of a riskordering something like that from a web site as its hard to judge thequality but the design, the materials and the workmanship are all of anextremely high standard. Your customer service in agreeing tocontacting us 30 mins before driver expected was superb, you respondedimmediately to my e mail and had sorted everything out for us - reallygreat and appreciated. Your delivery men were courteous, caring andrespectful of our home and arrived on time. Our purchase is nowunwrapped and exactly as described, we are really pleased. “I have received my order of 6 braced, brown leather, oak diningchairs.... I gotta complain that i was not aware of your company before ipurchased most of my household furntiure! :( The above chairs arrivedwell packaged...in excellent condition and look fab! They were deliveredin2 my "dining area" without fuss/bother by ur cheerful delivery guys. Ihad almost completed my order online, then decided to phoned to checkdetails. A lady member of ur sales staff was very helpful and was ableto advise that the above chairs wud be even more sturdier than myoriginal choice (-I have three 6ft sons(and their friends) using thechairs accordingly, my furniture needs to b very durable!) So, ThankYou... for a good quality product at a fair price. I wud definitelyrecommend your company to a friend.”
