“ I used to buy from Oasis a lot and had great service. Recently placed an online order for 6 items and 5 of these were cancelled because they couldn't find them and had gone out of stock. Terrible service. The refund is still processing and taking ages. The one items that has arrived it okay, but the sizing is quite small. ”

“ Oasis-zero stars I didn’t want to give this one star. I can not say this clearly enough. Unless you want to be stressed and over £100 out of pocket DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! Terrible terrible customer service. No telephone number and very slow email response. Also tell you the same thing over and over again. They have confirmed they got my return and that I am entitled to a refund but 6 weeks later…….where is it Oasis?? ”
