“I returned the scooter and I have not received any type of response from your company. I sent you an email explaining that the box has never even been opened. Since you would not respond to my emails I ended up paying $111 to ship it back to oasis spaces. I sent in the receipt from UPS in the email. Please resolve this matter by putting the scooter back onto my credit card and re-embarrassing me for the return fees.”

“Upright heavy duty rollator. I do like the rollator and assembly is easy. Customer service doesn't exist however. The wheels slide even with the brakes applied on linoleum and carpet, and the rollator does not stop. I have messaged asking if there are different wheels that can be purchased and received no response. It makes me think if I have an actual problem with the rollator I will have bought an expensive mistake.”

“This is the best standupwalker no need to look anywhere else! I received my walker quickly and was very easy to put together even with extreme arthritis, by myself. The price is very competitive and the quality is top notch. Very easy to maneuvering would highly recommend Oasis to everyone, thank you.”

“Best apparatus for my physical build and sure it could help anybody with just any one of these problems. I am a very large man, 5'9" and weigh 425lbs. I have osteoarthritis and my knees are shot. I have COPD. With all 3 of these issues, a regular walker helps me to get short distances, but my back hurts and I can't go very far without sitting and resting to catch my breath. With the OasisSpace I can walk much farther and I feel so much better walking straight up. I still have to stop and catch my breath, but all I have to do is set the brakes and sit down on the seat that's built in and then get back up and move along. I'm thankful for this product. It's awesome!”

“I am very pleased with my walker. It gives me the piece of mind that I can go anywhere I want to now. It eas pretty simple to put together. And I am an overweight person & I feel like this walker will hold me when I need to set down & rest for just a bit. Thank you Oasis.”

“The hand grips split and fell off. I tried to contact OasisSpace for replacements to no avail. For the purchase price I would think their customer service would be responsive! Prior to grip failure the rollator was a great device to use!”

“The seat needs to be wider do You have a wider one ? My goal is to be able to get up off of the pot by myself, if no one is here, I have to call Emsa to get me up !! Very flustrating !!”

“The prongs that hold the bag are not sturdy enough when you travel with it. The bag should be made of a more durable material so that the rollator is not subject to damage when traveling by airplane even if you gate check it.”
