“I returned the scooter and I have not received any type of response from your company. I sent you an email explaining that the box has never even been opened. Since you would not respond to my emails I ended up paying $111 to ship it back to oasis spaces. I sent in the receipt from UPS in the email. Please resolve this matter by putting the scooter back onto my credit card and re-embarrassing me for the return fees.”

“When delivered, the rollator wheels are turned out of position so the device will fit into the box. To get each of the wheels into position, you need to push a red button and turn the wheel. On the first wheel, it was extremely difficult to push the button but the wheel finally got into place. On the second wheel, the red button would not engage and the wheel could not be turned into the proper position. So the rollator is useless and can't even stand up straight. I've used other rollator brands that did not have this difficulty at all. Cannot recommend the OasisSpace rollator at all. Customer service is very poor.”

“The order arrived at our home with a damaged package and broken Upright Walker. Please contact FedEx and make arrangements for them to pick up this piece of junk. If this is in fact Heavy Duty, I would hate to see the cheaper ones. I have put a hold on payment to your company until this mess is taken care of. I would appreciate it if you would replace the Heavy Duty Bariatric Upright Walker, same price, free shipping, and soon. I need the upright walker to get around. I tried to add photos of the damaged package, but was unable to.”

“The item I purchased took way too long to get to me. Even though it was free shipping I would have rather paid and got it quicker than wait and get it for free and a much longer time frame. When I contacted customer service to let them know I was not happy they did not care and showed a very blase attitude towards me. I will be sure to make sure no one I know shops with this company.”

“I have never, ever, seen such a poor return policy from any company. Most seem quite accommodating in their policies. Sorry I don't know anyone in need fof your products so that I can provide them with advice. Had I bought this from a resale agent I'm quite certain they would have provided a return shipping label and credited my account as soon as it was received.”

“I don't think this company knows what bariatric means.. The seat was way too small for me. When I contacted customer service, I received multiple emails of discounts. They did not want to give me a refund. They suggested I donate it or give it away. I explained that I needed a shower chair! I ended up taking a $20 partial refund. My advice is to avoid this company.”

“Terrible customer service of months and months of using them. I have repeatedly been ignored and disrespected by all of the staff that I have encountered through the emails and chats. We have taken our business to KneeRover (Much better in every way possible). I do not recommend OasisSpace as a company or any of the OasisSpace products. Zero stars.”

“This walker is top heavy so if you aren't careful you will tip forward.I attempted to send it back however the charges to send it back were 66.00.The unit cost 139.99 and Oasis offer me 30.00 refund to just keep it, so i had really no choice but to except the offfer. I will donate the walker, but i would not recommend buying from this venue.”
