“The ordering portion could b less complicated and some items could be made with better quality. I've ordered arm rest and they seem fine but then they start to rip. And arm rest covers would be nice to”

“I finally received the new wheels for my rollator but it took several weeks to accomplish. In the end I was very happy. It took about 3 weeks and I think if they had a telephone it could have been much faster. You can only request your needs through a request online and they only respond once a day.”

“Great except that seat needs to fold out of the way and until you acclimate to to it is rather shakeup and hard to control wheels. Take your time. Not made for fast walking. Otherwise I can see how it will save your back from curling. Thanks”

“I am so very happy with my upright walker. Everywhere I go, people notice, comment and want to know where they can get one. I wrote out your website addy on strips of paper and hand them out. LOL. I let people give it a try. They love it. I had an issue with shipping, (shipping company's fault 100%). When I contacted your customer service department, I received a response right away and ya'll straightened their problem out in no time. Zero headaches for me. My only complaint is the cane/umbrella cup kept getting knocked off when I stow it in a vehicle. I finally lost it and I sure do miss it. Other than that, everything is fantastic.”

“My up walker is a good product. Takes some getting used to, but once I figured it out it is a useful tool for me to get around.”

“The 300 lb all terrain wheeled upright walker is a very nice device. My only two complaints are: 1. The instruction manuel is lacking. 2. I have a hard time keeping one of the wheels on it loading and unloading. Otherwise it has really made a difference.”

“Would have given 5 stars but, I find it difficult to open the seat to snap down. Needed handles when in the seated position. That would make it easier to stand when seated. Walker is well made and sturdy.”

“The assembling instructions were not very clear to me. Trial and error but finally had someone come in to assemble it correctly.”

“Sturdy n Stable and easy to put together ! I’m hoping arm rest doesn’t split in half as other one has done . We used Gorilla glue n a bolt to hold and so far so good. Are parts easy to find at Oasis ?”

“My husband really likes this walker, however the back wheels have developed a noise like it may be a bearing issue. I sent an email, two days ago, but have not heard back from anyone, thanks”

“Every thing went relatively well with my order, with the exception of the tracking number I first received. It showed the item delivered to the wrong address but apparently it wasn’t the correct tracking number. I received my order a couple days later. The person I was e-mailing with was very helpful.”

“Two of the legs were easy for me to attach, the other two had to be hammered in with a rubber mallet by my son-in-law. When ever I use it, it squeaks. I don’t know if that’s because parts had to be hammered in or what. Other than that I like it so far. I wish it had come in purple!”

“Very sturdy.Folds compactly. A bit heavy to put in the trunk but possible. Allows walking while standing up straight which is very important.”
