“I bought one of your walkers 2 years ago after taking a trip with my family and having a hard time keeping up with everyone and all of the long distance walking that we did. I ordered one as soon as we got back home. It is amazing. Hand brakes, large wheels, it is great. It even has a large storage box and a roomy seat. A friend was going on a trip and I offered to share my walker with him and he called me while on his trip to ask me where I got it. He ordered one right away and it was delivered to his house two days after he got home. Happy, happy and thank you.”

“I ordered an adjustable walker that had a built in seat for my father to use . The one I ordered is excellent. It is what was advertised . After we ordered it , we received it in about 4 days . It was in good shape , and was easy to put together.”

“A good aid to walk with assurance of stability. Collapsible and lightweight for placing in and out of a vehicle. Comfortable to sit in for rest. Used the brakes with no problem on hilly terrain on hard and soft surfaces. Highly recommend!”

“I bought an upright walker for my father and it is wonderful! The walker is great and durable! My dad wore the breaks out after a year, I reached out to their customer service and they were excellent. The CS team responded quickly, got what I needed and provided replacement parts at a reasonable fee and I received them within a week. I highly recommend this company and their products.”

“Item described was as received. Quick time. All was good. What i did not like only way to contact them was e mail. I did not have a problem but if I had I dislike people that hide this way. If i was not in a time crunch this would have been a hard no. But having got caught short with only 2 weeks notice i had to trust all would be ok.”

“No phone to speak with a customer service person, not good. The walker is ok but the basket? how does one use it. No instructions & if put on the two things in the front the wheels create problems and it comes off. Placing the water holder on the side of handle is in the way, and gets knocked off. Very easy to trip over the back wheels as they stick out. I don’t know who helps you figure out configuration of this walker but they don’t really understand how to design for easy use. It’s also heavy for me, I’m 83 and have had many back surgeries. I just wanted something that would roll over a gravel driveway. It does do that. Cynthia”
