“What an amazing experiences. We visited for delicious milkshakes and oatcakes on an extremely busy weekend, however staff were very fast and efficient and the food and drink was great!!”

“Visited here for the first time further to looking at the website and menu.
Firstly I would like to say that the website drastically needs updating as the menu has seen prices rises of up to 50% from the advertised, eg breakfast £7, now over £10.
The 4 meals arrived separately over quite a length of time, the first potentially getting cold.
Another observation is that the staff are in need of basic customer service training.
We questioned that one of our received orders was incorrect, when the boy came over to see to this had only one answer and that was to pay extra if we wanted to change anything. The fact that it was ordered incorrectly by the member of staff keying in the order was ignored by him.
Tied in with a couple of other service issues and overall the food I would only class as OK, nothing would give me the desire to return to this establishment again.
