“Service is exemplary as is help when required. My only issue is that when placing an order I can never find an opportunity to use my points. Reversing from pay or shipping does not reveal an opportunity. I find this frustrating and mysterious. I wish so many of the reds I would like to drink, particularly the Rhones, were not 14% or over.”
