The only wine shop I really enjoy going to is O'Briens on Vernon Avenue. Variety, ambience and helpful staff. Once you know what you're ordering the online service is seamless

The wine is fine but the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. Unlike most supermarkets, the delivery company selects the period of delivery, not the customer. This is worsened by inadequate notice of delivery time.

I can see that your order was damaged in transit and that you were contact by our customer support team and that this order was reshipped, the new parcel will arrive in 2-3 working days of the reship order date.
