Minor issues with the products delivered: gin presentation box was torn at the corners and the bottom split, also the cardboard insert has nicked the label on the Champagne bottle. Minor issues, but these are gifts where the presentation condition is important. I won't be using online delivery again and will go in-store instead so I can pick products in good condition.

I was not happy with my order being left on the ground just inside my gate. I do not know what time it was delivered but I have been at home all morning and was waiting for a phone call or some other indication of the status of my order. I have a bad back and am not able to carry the box some 30 metres or so. I have electronic gates but that should not have prevented the delivery driver from making contact.

A good, reasonably priced selection of wines and spirits, if buying wines on offer, altough wines not on offer tend to be rather dear. Normally quick dispatch and delivery times. A much improved monitoring of wine vintages: O'Briens used to have huge discrepanies between the ordered vintages online and those actually delivered. This is now much better.

I've no idea how delivery went as I live abroad and use O Brien's for great wine gifts to friends and family. Very pleased with my orders and deliveries to date.

Hi, I used my tracking order to find out what time the delivery of my order would be and realised that it was scheduled at a time when I was not going to be at home. I changed the delivery date to tomorrow but it arrived today when I was out and it was left on my doorstep. So no notice was taken of my change of delivery day! Luckily, it was all right and I received the correct order. However, if I was to order again from O'Briens, I would not be comfortable with it being left outside my door. Thanks, Hilary Kirk
