“I was disappointed that there was nothing in the boxes bar wine, no thank you card, not even a packing list for €1,000 worth of wine! Incidentally, and unrelated to the above, the guy in your Douglas store last Tuesday morning needs to learn something about customer service, he was very rude to me!”

Hi There, I am so sorry that your order was left outside rather than delivered directly to you. All of our orders require and over 18s signature and there is a label on the box stating this and stating that the contents are fragile. For a number of reasons we expect orders to be handed directly over to the recipient and we expect a much higher standard for our customers. “The wines are nice but there doesn’t seem to be any interest in customer retention. I buy almost 100 bottles and there is nothing thrown in. Will go elsewhere next year I think as this has been going on for years. Support small local shops I think”
