Not good the beers were still very unusual flavours would not buy this subscription again

A lot of effort is put into the curation of the subscription each month and this is generally enjoyed by craft beer lovers. We are still waiting for the final part of our order to be delivered 10 days after I placed the order.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I can see that part of your order was damaged in transit and was reshipped to you last week. This should be delivered by now but I have checked on this and it is in our courier network. A member of our customer care team will be in touch tomorrow to check if this has not arrived to you. Not happy at all re the delivery small print 3 to 4 working days. Working days been the operative word. Ordered it on Thursday morning and not delivered until Monday. It was a “Thank You” to the angels of nurses who have been so wonderful to me. and since I was an in patient it would be nice for them for a well deserved rest at the weekend. Am still in this ward but would I order delivery again “ I don’t know “ . I will explore my options. I have always uses your establishment but not the delivery option, so now I know. Hello, Thank you for your feedback on your recent order. All of our orders are dispatched in the order in which they are placed. Please note that the majority of our orders are currently taking 2-3 working days to complete. Once an order is placed unfortunately we cannot hold or specify what day it will arrive within that time frame. That said, once you get tracking information on your shipment you can make specified requests directly with the courier through the link that you will receive to the 'manage your delivery' portal. The courier can hold a parcel for a maximum of 5 working days. We are very very sorry to hear that you are disappointed and will pass on that there is a demand for specified delivery dates. Order wasn't received by the courier until after the listed delivery time, tracking was non existent, received notification of delivery days after the order was actually delivered

Overpriced and overhyped. I thought because of the substantial price reduction offered, I was going to get a decent wine. The cheap euro 8 bottle of red in Dunnes is far superior

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately one box from the parcels from your order has gone missing in transit. I can see that you opted for a refund over a reship for these bottles and that the funds were transferred to your account yesterday, this should appear in your banking within 5 working days. You delivered the package to the billing address, not the shipping address as indicated. The wine was a birthday gift that got delivered to me in Dublin rather than my father in Tipperary.

I ordered & paid for 6 bottles of Monte Real Rioja Gran Reserva. These got damaged in transit and there was none left to resend. A different wine was to be sent to me but only 1 (not 6) arrived today. I ordered these for Christmas and it doesn't look like I'll be receiving them which is very disappointing.

Order left openly on my doorstep prior to the identified slot and without any notification from the delivery company - this has never happened before and leaves the order open to theft

Wine is great but DPD delivery is appalling. The guy literally left the box outside my house and walked away before I came out. What could have happened if I had been out?

Minor issues with the products delivered: gin presentation box was torn at the corners and the bottom split, also the cardboard insert has nicked the label on the Champagne bottle. Minor issues, but these are gifts where the presentation condition is important. I won't be using online delivery again and will go in-store instead so I can pick products in good condition.

I was not happy with my order being left on the ground just inside my gate. I do not know what time it was delivered but I have been at home all morning and was waiting for a phone call or some other indication of the status of my order. I have a bad back and am not able to carry the box some 30 metres or so. I have electronic gates but that should not have prevented the delivery driver from making contact.

Order contents incorrect - botanical flavoured vodka delivered instead of a premium whiskey! Due to advised delays had to go to go to the store to make an exchange - defeated the whole purpose of the online order!

I placed an order on Thursday hoping to have it delivered for a gathering on Saturday but order didn’t arrive to Monday. Definitely must easier and quicker to pop in to the shop!

Delivery was slow, placed the order on 7/7 and only arrived today 14/7 just in time for the event we ordered it for. If delivered any later we would have had to repurchase elsewhere.
