Hi Ron, I am so sorry to see that your gift message was not included in your order. At times the notes can move around in transit/ slip down the side of the inserts. I can understand the importance of a gift message in an order especially for an occasion. I have flagged this with our warehouse so that they are vigilant about including the notes and to ensure they are in the top of the box where the recipient can easily access it. “The ordering process was great, but the tracking service left a lot to be desired. The purchase was as a gift, but I was informed of the delivery progress with the ultimate, freakily incorrect message that the wine had been delivered to my address. I checked all around and it wasn't anywhere to be seen so I was forced to check with the correct recipient to ensure that it actually had been delivered to the correct address. Please fix this!”
