“Boxes for the whiskey bottles were damaged as they were forced into a holder for a bottle and not a box. So the wrong packaging was used. Very disappointed as I am a collector and it has now been devalued as the box in no more good.”

“I was happy with the speed of delivery but the packaging for securing the bottles destroyed the boxes the limited edition whiskey came in. It was very disappointing that the whiskey was secured in boxing only meant for exposed bottles, not for whiskey that comes in a box. They were intended as gifts.”

“Order process is smooth and delivery very fast. One major problem is Ups leaving a the package on my doorstep. No knock, no doorbell ring. No notification, nothing and it's not acceptable. This just encourages thieves or accidents.please ensure you inform your couriers to deliver the package not drop off the package. There is a big difference.”
