Hi There, Unfortunately, our team was unable to cancel your order because it was packed for shipment with our courier. Due to the time of year, we were experiencing a high volume of customer queries which caused the delay in the response to your request. Please allow me to sincerely apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused. If you would not like to keep the order, you can exchange/return your order in any of our 34 shops free of charge. Just simply bring the stock to the desired store in resale condition along with your proof of purchase. If you scroll down to the bottom of your email confirmation you will see a returns number.
