“Customer service was fantastic. This is a gift for my husband. He’s tried one of the wines and while it wasn’t his favourite he was excited to read about them all. Communication was prompt, and delivery was clear and quick.”

“If you check my purchase history you will find that I have bought a lot of wine online from you over the last couple years plus a lot more directly from my local branches in Nutgrove and Templeogue. While I was happy with the value of my order 386474 I could'nt get my head around the additional discounts mentioned in the advertisement. Obviously I have previously downloaded your app but it did'nt seem to qualify. Just felt less appreciated as a customer.”

“I nearly did not get the chance to taste it. Not for the first you delivery company did not call to my door. I was in all morning. Instead they left the box of chanpagne on the door step of a neighbour who incidently was also in and the delivery driver did not ring their door bell either. The box sat on the step for over an hour. Only the neighbour was going out when they discvered it on their door step. This is not the first time this has happened. Really not satisfied with the delivery process and this will influence my choosing to shop on line with O'Briens going forward . To answer the question below No notification of delivery time window was recieved so i dont know Was it ? it wasnt delivered to the correct address!. Overall very poor.”

“While the order was complete the packaging was unacceptable. One carton had about 9 bottles that were loose in the carton. In general the packaging is very secure, however its disposal is an issue. Perhpas O'Brien's could counsider accepting packaging back for reuse or recycling”

It is one thing that we aim to pride ourselves on is safe and secure packaging for our customers. Unfortunately, we do not have a process for recovering the packaging at this time. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company, we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable.
