“So disappointing- I asked for a note to be included with this as it was a gift and there was no note. I had to ring the person to see if they received the gift”

Although there was no gift message entered on the order, I can see that you have been in touch with our customer service team but the details of the contents of note were not outlined and so could not be updated in your order before it was shipped. Usually we can amend this up until the point that the order is packed for shipment.
