“Very swift delivery and arrived at scheduled time. There is a lot of packaging, which is understandable at one level given it's glass bottles, but perhaps less could be used? Overall, great service.”

“This was my first on line order due to travel restrictions. Normally I buy in store. Delivery docket did not match the actual wine in the shipment. There were substitutions which would have been fine if I had been able to review the original order / known in advance and possibly had a choice.”

“Website and order process good, delivered intact, good packaging. Lose a star because DPD couldn't deliver on the first attempt as they hadn't been given my EirCode in the adress details, although I had specified it in the order details. I had to work wth their help line to get the adress detail amended.”

“Never received my order. My order was delivered to somewhere in Dublin not to my address in cork. Will never order again. O'Brien's Wine's have stolen over €75. from me.”

“Re order Number: WO-5123391, Hi, I received my order today and I was very disappointed to see that what I ordered was not delivered. I ordered La Porte Du Caillou Sancerre 2016 but La Porte Du Caillou Sancerre 2019 was delivered. I opened one bottle this evening to taste but it is not at all as good as the 2016 year. I wish to return the 4 remaining bottles and please replace them with what I ordered. Kind regards, Marian Manning.”
