“As always, the process was flawless. My only query, which in no way reflects on the wonderful service from O'Briens, is around the packaging & what can be done to reduce &/or reuse it. Could there be a way for customers to return the packaging to O'Briens for reuse? Thank you.”

Hello, Thank you for your order and we are delighted that your order arrived intact and safe. Unfortunately we do not have a process of recovering the packaging at this time. We apologise for its bulky nature but as a company we have committed to reducing our footprint with our packaging and so do not use single-use plastic in our shipping. Please note that the outer box is fully recyclable and the inner 'egg carton' packaging is fully compostable. Kind Regards, O'Brien's Team
