“While visiting your shop at the Galway shopping centre today to make a purchase I found the gentleman at the checkout very rude. Someone should have a chat with him and let him know in the kindest way possible that it is very rude to comment on the customers shopping bag ie (would you like to put the wine in your Dunnes bag) you have there or would you like one of our wine paper bottle bags. If he wants to be a snob let him be one at home but not inflict his ignorance on us his customers.”

“Yery good wine and very prompt delivery service. Only problem is that unlike the supermarkets, you cannot pick your timetable and can get fairly short notice of when goods will arrive.”

“Delivery two days later. However I missed a call from the driver but when he rang the doorbell he didn’t wait for me to answer. Once I made phone contact he returned.”

“Bad customer service .. bought chilled white wine from fridge ! Got home to discover it was red wine .. returned with it and was charged extra 95 cent ! No apology .. I had been inconvenienced but was told in fairness to them label’s looked very similar 🙄 I am a regular customer so felt this was wrong .. young untrained staff !”
