“considering everything that has gone on in the last 4 weeks companies turning up/not turning up not giving a reason to order wine on a Wednesday morning and for it to arrive on Thursday lunchtime i can only say the Obriens staff did a great job well packaged the wines i ordered were in the box[doesn't always happen] so its 5/5 from me look forward to the tasting's”

“O'Briens was very good as usual but UPC the courier company did not let me know when they were delivering the boxes. I had checked their tractor system yesterday and as told to check again today but at 10.00am UPC just left the boxes at my front door, rang the bell and left immediately. Previously DPD delivered wine to me from you and they sent me a text before they arrived with the time they would deliver.”

“The delivery has been made. Unfortunately it is not what I ordered which is twice the price. The French Classic was ordered but the Italian is what has just been delivered, Can you rectify this please or how..??? All other aspects of the order were excellent.”
