“After ordering a case of excellently selected wines from O'Briens I was happy to see the confirmation that they arrived safely at my address in Donegal, however the Courier left the case at the wrong house and it sat in a shed (missing) for 5 days. Hannah was so tenacious in getting this back to the right address and kept me up to date every day until it was found. Great end to the story. I will certainly be buying more wines from O'Briens”
