“Delivery was made on time thank you, but not with my message attached for my friend 40th Anniversary. They just found a shipping docket in the bottom of the box, so didn't know who'd sent it? So I had to ask if they'd received it? Very disappointing not what you want from a present.”

“Regarding the above order I had to try 5 times before my credit card details were accepted? Contacted Bank of Ireland where they said that there was no problem at their side. Tried calling your head office but there is a recorded message asking for email contact only? Branch office in Cork is unaware that no one is manning the phone at head office? Otherwise the delivery was prompt.”
