“Excellent service always. On last delivery 1 bottle was broken & another one chipped. These were immediately replaced with three bottles! Extremely pleasant customer care team,”

“I have no issues with O’Briens but your outsourced delivery driver with DPD just left my package outside my house in plain site and confirmed it was signed for when delivered but my mam wasn’t even in the house. The package was valuable and could of easily been taken. I have already passed on my feedback to them but something to be mindful of. Thanks”

Due to the nature of our goods, we do expect our parcels to be signed for and handed over to an adult over the age of 18. We have labels on our parcels to state the same and I apologise that this did not happen for your recent delivery. I can see that our customer care team had been trying to reach you by phone and email to get missing address information for your order so that delivery could be fulfilled. “The wine was fine but your delivery was appalling. At the first attempt the driver gave us short notice and then said he couldn’t get entry. This was untrue as we have a CCTV which showed he never called. The second time the wine was delivered but the box was torn asunder. You have a problem with your delivery people. I have a picture of you want”

“Great selection of wines and 'true' reductions in sale time. I always watch out for this Chateauneuf-du-pape. So delicious. In-store service in Malahide very helpful -also easy to just browse the store. I got delivery this time as was ordering several bottles - always quick and reliable.”
