“I did not get all the bottles I had ordered. I ordered 3 bottles of Borisa Rioja which was substituted with a wine not of my choice.”

“A bit slow to process this over the Christmas period but otherwise it arrived in good shape. Had I known it was going to take so long, I would have called the local O'Briens and asked if they would do a delivery for me over the phone.”
