“Good products / Efficient delivery”

“Delivery and packaging was very good. The Chenin is excellent after trying one bottle of the 2020. The Rioja Grand Reserva 2017 , again after one bottle, it is a bit disappointing. It medium tannins and is missing the richness, smoothness and more like a Bordeaux.”

“Delivered the next day. It's fantastic how quickly orders are dispatched. Unfortunately on this order my Drumshambo presentation/display box was damaged. But it's a really good service.”

“Wine was excellent (as expected) however courier 1. Didn't send any notfiication that they had received the package from O'Briens 2. Didn't send any notification that the package was out for delivery 3. Left the box on my doorstep and sent an email that it was delivered, leaving me having to rush home to ensure it was safe”

“The wine wasa delived on time. My question is why do i get the fulfillment order from you adressed to the receipient?”

“O’Brien‘s wine service and range of products was great. However, the delivery was unsatisfactory. The courier left the product at the front doorstep did not contact the delivery addressee. They were at home in the garden and could have received the product. I would’ve been happier with this, instead of leaving the gift at the front door step of a busy housing area.”

“It was a refreshing change to order a mixed case of wines, as we are now enjoying and trying wines we never did before! We only tasted one of the wines so far, but cannot wait to delve into the rest. If I could make a suggestion, we would love to see more South African wines available for sale at O'Briens in the future.”
